Namaste and Greetings of The Season

With spring comes renewal. Change is in the air! Join us as we chant in the New Season at one of our Kirtan events. Just as Yoga Asanas charge the body, Sound Yoga re- charges us on a vibrational level. Sound Yoga gets our minds and spirits as flexible as our bodies will become with regular practice. Chanting is a practice of devotion to our higher selves. As Spring arrives, open to a new spurt of growth by chanting.
