Kirtan is call and response chanting in Sanskrit. We chant mantras that are simple and powerful to create a vibration of Love and Peace. What is that Music?

The Kirtan at Cushman Market was great! We chanted and chatted with the folks who were there to have brunch. The staff were very friendly and very nice, and the food was terrific as always. When we were packing up a young Mom came over and asked what kind of Music we were playing? I explained to her that it was Kirtan and she related to me about how her baby was acting up a bit but settled right down as soon as we started chanting. I wrote down a list of my favorite Kirtan folks and now she can play Kirtan to calm her restless children! The power of Kirtan !! Thanks to all of you who came to share Kirtan with us at the wonderful Cushman Market.
